Task 5 - Partner: CULS (03) Hypothesis Aim
BEs will work in the soil with similar properties where the microorganisms were isolated, it means low P and high pH value By P defficiency – BEs will release P from rock phosphate Aim To evaluate the BEs influence on plant height and yields Measurement of phosphatase activity P fractionation

Task 5 - Partner: CULS (03) Materials and methods
Pot experiment with spring wheat (var. Granny) Soil Cítov (50o23‘01,26’’ N; 14o25’11,56’’E) P content 14.4 mg/kg (Mehlich 3). The „very low“ P cathegory for Mehlich 3 is under 50 mg P/kg pHCaCl2 value: 7.7 Chernozem, loamy texture Mixed with sand 2:1 (soil:sand) – 5 kg of dry substrate/pot 6 replications per treatment

Task 5 - Partner: CULS (03) Materials and methods Wheat
Sown at 12th April 25 seeds/pot 21th April selected on 20 plants/pot Watering on 50 % WHC

Task 5 - Partner: CULS (03) Fertilizing Bioeffectors
Nitrogen – 1.5 g N/pot (NH4NO3; mixed with substrate) Phosphorus – 0.25 g/pot (rock P or TSP; mixed with substrate) Bioeffectors Proradix (PDX) 2x109 cfu per pot CombiFect B without microelements (CFB) Trichoderma harzianum, OMG16 – 2.5x107 cfu per pot Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, FZB42 – 2.0x109 cfu per pot Both BEs were applied locally to the roots in 5 holes (10 cm depth) in the form of 5 ml of water solution per hole.
