2. Summary of TF5
TF leader conclude the current situation of IF5，include the focus of comments about proposal from Japan，Korea， USA and OICA， also with the feedback from TF leader.
TF leader presented the data and the details of feedback based on the comments and All CP members of TF5 discussed.
There are still some details need to be discussed to get a most appropriate value for the proposal

3. Summary of TF5 Work remains:
1. Criterion: No external (outside the pack) fire or explosion in [5 minutes] after detecting the thermal runaway
2. Initiation method: remove overcharge or not?
3. Detection of thermal runaway:
a. confirm the relationship of
Voltage drops
dT/dt > [4oC/S]
T>[OEM defined max temperature]
b. confirm of the most suitable data of dT/dt
C. stop initiation if no thermal runaway:the MEASURED TEMPERATURE over [300oC]
