Nuclear facilities are moving more towards the utilization of computer based learning as a cost savings as well as freeing up personnel. This type of training eliminates the dangers associated with hands on training in a hazardous area.

Goal – Train new personnel in job roles to work safely in nuclear facilities and within DOE compliance guidelines.

Portable learning from any location
Real-life skills without endangering personnel, facility, or environment
Tailored to fit specific sites
Personnel utilizing the computer based training can experience the results of an incorrect action without the harmful results. Many of the computer based scenarios are very realistic. These scenarios can be programmed to represent the site that the individual is training to access.
