14 Continuing to think like Ruby inspired…
Do we have families who only have one or two computers and are shared between multiple teachers? Do we have families who lose their internet often? Do we have families who have technical issues because their internet speed is slow? What can we do?

15 Brainstorm Ideas For example, make a note in TVS and document what the struggles are…do you need to keep kmailing them when they miss knowing they are sharing computers? Work a plan out with the family. Then if the child doesn’t show when they say they will, you can check on them.

16 What are my priorities? What does your to do list look like?
Prep and Teach sessions Be sure your recording is showing after you complete your session Review a session or two each week to see what is working and what is not – make it a goal to improve 1 process or technique each week Continue Welcome Calls/CFQ for families you haven’t attempted to reach An attempt to contact or actual contact – either one can count for the 10 day rule Complete DIBELS and Math Probe When do these need to be completed? In time to get ILP completed with family which is mid-October

17 IC and TVS A slight change was made in state reporting for this year. We will now report by content rather than HR The AA’s are doing a lot of work in IC to help with this change so we are ready for state reporting in Oct. If you notice changes in your grade book/classes that is why This also means once IC is set, new classrooms will be made in TVS so we can start inviting by classroom rather than Personal Groups

18 Missing RS Shells If any of your students are missing the RS shell, please just send me a list today. If you can get it to me today, I can update it. If you can’t get it to me today, put it on my class change survey! Lynleigh will be adding them as students are referred.
