4. Preparation. Write an outline:
Plan the different aspects you will deal with before you begin your topic.
This outline will be useful when writing down your topic as it will be used as a sort of guide.

5. 2. Layout. Introduction. It will show a general idea about the topic.
It will establish the different aspects the topic deals with.
You can attract the reader’s attention if this introduction is interesting.
It should be clear enogh as to show what the topic is about.

6. Layout.
Introduction.
It should set up the most important aspects that will later be developed.
It should relate the topic with other topics of interest.
If the topic is connected with educational matters, it should make reference to regulations, Laws, etc.
