Anti-Flk-1 treatment inhibits growth of s.c. 4T1 and B16 tumors. s.c. 4T1 and B16 tumors were established by injecting 1 × 106 tumor cells into the right flank of BALB/c and C57BL/6 mice, respectively.
Anti-Flk-1 treatment inhibits growth of s.c. 4T1 and B16 tumors. s.c. 4T1 and B16 tumors were established by injecting 1 × 106 tumor cells into the right flank of BALB/c and C57BL/6 mice, respectively. After 3 days, mice received i.p. injections of either DC101 (•; 800 μg/dose) or an equivalent dose of control IgG (○) every 3 days. Tumor volumes were measured twice weekly as described in “Materials and Methods”; data points, mean of 10 mice/group; bars, SE.
