11:49 am in the West Gym…(you will miss periods 3, 4 & 5)
This is not a mandatory test – BUT it is VERY HELPFUL for future career choices…

16. Smarter Balanced Assessment
Smarter Balanced = SBAC = CAASPP
It is a computer based adaptive test
Tests 11th graders only
Testing will begin in late March 2019
The EAP (Early Assessment Program for CSU’s) is built into the Smarter Balanced Assessment
Purpose: Determine College Readiness in English and Mathematics

CSU’s and Community Colleges will look at your results to determine course level placement in Math and English.
LHS is evaluated based upon overall student improvement – which helps YOU!
