Bank Account Related Issues DMT Group Employee Employee can directly Reach Bank customer care for Assistance. Incase of no proper information from Bank Vendor, then send mail to HR Associate with the Issue/Query details. HREM (Selva Kumar) Send the acknowledgement to Employee for the request received. Send employee's query/issue to the HR for clarification. Receive the details from HR Department and share to Employee HR Associate (Rani Kumari) 1.Employee can contact HREM if any issue / delay in processing Request Send employee's queries or issues to the Bank Vendor for clarification / fix. Receive the information from Vendor and Share to HR Associate. HR Department Bank Vendor 1. Check and Clarify/solve the issue/queries raised by HR Department.
