At the end of the discussion between Ralph and Jack, there doesn't seem to be a resolution to the growing conflict between what needs to be done (Ralph's position) and what someone wants to done (Jack's position).  Describe a situation you've experienced where the conflict at hand went unresolved. What happened later in that situation? What advice would you give to Ralph or Jack? Explain.
