2. Status Update
Toaster was not possible due to power/hardware limitations.
Project redirection
Column of LEDs that can display an image
User who shakes head side to side to view image
Relies on persistence of vision
Planned extension to place on spinning object like fan(negates need to shake head)
PC connection only to receive new image
Other parts – relays, registers, demux
The more mechanical parts are pending final agreement of design with machine shop.

3. Status Update (cont’d)
No longer need the help of the machine shop
We switched from Gumstix to Arduino Mega after spring break, have had few problems with new platform.
Have designs, internals, software tested and ready to put into final package.
Will begin acceptance testing once final device is ready.
