Homework packets due October 23rd.
Spelling test will be Friday, October 23rd.
October 22nd and 27th –parent conferences. Notes will go home today.
October 29th- Halloween parade. A note went home last week. I have sent home notes to those who signed up for the party.
October 30th- No School
* If you have shoe boxes to donate, we would like them to be here by October 23rd.
A Peek at the Week
Writing/Grammar:
We are writing a persuasive composition about the qualities of a good friend.
We are still learning more editing rules.
Reading:
-We are analyzing characters and studying fables.
Science:
- We are still studying chapter 2 about living things and their environments.
Math:
-We are starting chapter 3 –”Understanding Multiplication.”
Spelling:
-Week 9 words-sh words, sight words, and academic vocabulary
Social Studies:
-We are reading and taking notes over Studies Weekly week 6 about “American Liberty.”
-We are applying map skills.
