Arrival: Participants will be allowed to arrive Friday, July 12 after 5:00 p.m.
Parking: Upon arrival, follow the signs to the service entrance. This will be north of the ranch. (Not the main house entrance that faces I-35)

In order to participate you MUST:
1. Complete and return the clinic reservation form to Gay Lenz at or fax # by July 1, 2019.
2. Required Horse Health Documents for out of state horses must
accompany reservation form. To comply with state regulations, all
horses will require a negative Coggins (Equine Infectious Anemia)
dated within 12 months and a health certificate dated within 30 days.
3. Youth and Guardian must sign liability waiver upon arrival.
