Piemonte, Liguria, Valle d’Aosta, Rhône-Alpes and Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur will be among the first Regions in Europe to resort to it

PROTOCOL OF UNDERSTANDING
BUT : as the EGTC/GECT Regulation will be applicable only from 1st August2007 …and there is a strong willingness anyhow to sign a formal act PROTOCOL OF UNDERSTANDING as intermediate step
