Links businesses, organizations and institutions with the Greeneville and Greene County Schools to enhance and expand educational opportunities for all students

Businesses and schools are encouraged to create a “shared vision” about what students need to succeed and how all parties can collaborate to provide resources, human and material, to meet those needs

4. Components
Forms Master Partnerships between Greeneville and Greene County Schools and area businesses (146 formed since (1995)
Student placement for Job Shadowing Day
Co-hosts a college and career fair at Tusculum College
Assists with AIM Scholar Program
Organizes summer Educator Internship program

5. Organizes annual Educator In-service program involving educators and manufacturing facilities
Partners with Junior Achievement of the Tri-Cities to recruit business volunteers for Economic courses in all five high schools
Developed the Teacher Supply Depot
Provides a Community Resource Guide and Speakers Bureau booklet to teachers
Hosts a recognition breakfast annually to recognize participants and volunteers of the program
Honors outstanding local educators
