DCMS holding a stakeholder event on 25 July/5 August (TBC) at TechUK to discuss the consultation. Invites to follow.

5. What about No Deal?
The Government expects to leave the EU with a deal. In the event that the UK leaves without a deal…..
Appropriate EECC provisions would have to be implemented through primary legislation.
We are as yet unable to commit to timelines for this, but would aim to get this through as early as Parliamentary time allows.
We anticipate that we would carry out further consultation/call for evidence on which measures to implement.
