2 Virtual Columns – What are they?
Custom columns that can be added directly from the reporting page Application control via Configuration Setting 5100 Additional control via security roles: Site Admins Application Master Role VIRTUALCOLUMN_EDITOR_[Baseline SCHEMA]

3 Virtual Columns – Who can do what?
Nobody can do anything if Configuration Setting 5100 = “Y” Application Specific Users with page access can add virtual columns but only picking options from drop down list Site Admins, Application Master Role Able to hand craft virtual columns Very powerful Treat with caution, can have adverse affects on performance and restricted fields

4 Virtual Columns – How are they executed?
Need to be careful of grants if you use SQL or Functions Baseline\Foundation reports will execute under the baseline schema Custom reports will execute under the query schema

5 MyDynamic Selections – What are they?
Ability to create filter list from existing report results AdHoc Long Term Shareable

6 MyDynamic Selections – Who can create them?
Controlled by Configuration Setting 900 for each application If blank all users have access Can limit by security role if you wish Who Share them: Admins, Users with Application Master Role User granted the role [Application] – Share/Edit Dynamic Selections
