1. Replace Timing Belt

2. Loosen Adjustment Pulley and Relieve Belt Tension
by Turning Tension Adjustment Counter Clockwise

3. Remove Belt
REMOVE PULLY AND BELT

4. Tension Cam Adjustment
300 Hours

5. Before Replacing with New Belt
1. Position Both Eccentric Pulleys so that the
Punch Marks are at the 6 O’clock Position

6. 2. Place the F-S-R in the Neutral Position.
Verify that the Two Horizontal Pulleys
are in the 12 and 6 O’clock Positions.

7. Install Adjustment Pulley Assembly
300 Hours

8. Turn Off Set Adjustment Nut Clockwise with 24 mm Wrench
Until Proper Tension is Obtained. Tighten Center 10 mm Pulley Bolt
