Replace Timing Belt 300 Hours

Loosen Adjustment Pulley and Relieve Belt Tension
by Turning Tension Adjustment Counter Clockwise 24 MM 10 MM 300 Hours

Remove Belt REMOVE PULLY AND BELT 300 Hours

Tension Cam Adjustment
300 Hours

Before Replacing with New Belt
1. Position Both Eccentric Pulleys so that the Punch Marks are at the 6 O’clock Position 300 Hours

2. Place the F-S-R in the Neutral Position.
Verify that the Two Horizontal Pulleys are in the 12 and 6 O’clock Positions. 300 Hours

Install Adjustment Pulley Assembly
300 Hours

Turn Off Set Adjustment Nut Clockwise with 24 mm Wrench
Until Proper Tension is Obtained. Tighten Center 10 mm Pulley Bolt Tension Adjustment 300 Hours

FRONT OF MACHINE Neutral 300 Hours

FRONT OF MACHINE Forward 300 Hours

FRONT OF MACHINE Reverse 300 Hours
