(b) Angiogram shows the anterior tibial artery (AT) occluded in the distal calf and classic corkscrew collaterals extending distally (arrowhead). The aortoiliac and femoropopliteal segments were unremarkable (not shown), and the posterior tibial and peroneal arteries were occluded proximally (not shown).
