Some of the animals change their fur to white in the winter to hide in the snow.

Another name for the Boreal biome is the Taiga biome.
The warmest weather the Taiga has ever had in winter is 30 °F
Taiga is the Russian word for “forest” and is the largest land biome in the world.
A wildfire in the Taiga is good because it opens new area for more trees to grow.
