Risk (aOR) of breast cancer associated with the combination of putative at-risk genotypes of the MRN genes and the reproductive risk factors of a history of pregnancy, age at first FTP, or number of FTP. The aOR of breast cancer development associated with the combination of the number of putative high-risk genotypes and reproductive risk factors was estimated in a multivariate logistic regression model containing age, a family history of breast cancer, body mass index, and a group of dummy variables to represent the four different combinations of genes (number of putative high-risk genotypes) and reproductive risk factor status. Nulliparous women were not included in the analysis of the combined effect on cancer risk of the number of high-risk genotypes and age at first FTP. Huan-Ming Hsu et al.
