Newly Configured Evaluation Participation Menu Bar
The Evaluation Participation Menu is configurable. The columns will change throughout the year to coincide with the due dates on the timeline.

Newly Configured Evaluation Participation Menu Bar
First Semester: All eyes on Orientation (SY20), Summative 2 (SY19), 1st Semester Informal Observation and 1st Semester Formal Observation. Throughout the year download csv (the contents of this menu); sort and sift the records to help track completion. Completion rate of the first semester observations are watched closely and this screen is the best place to track them.

Reduced clicks to represent completion.
The gear box is what needs to turn green for the activity to show as complete. We removed signatures with gear boxes that were preventing the activity from showing as complete. Each Observation only has one gear. Once the Observation has been done, it will light up. One and done. First Semester Observations are being monitored closely.

Evaluations still require “the clicks”.
We left the signature requirements for the evaluation activity. The reason we did that is because it gives the evaluatee an opportunity to comment on their evaluation. The comment activity is what causes us to require signatures but it is to the advantage of the evaluatee to go on record with their own comments. The all important Annual Evaluation requires 4 gear boxes to light up before showing as complete.

Midterm Evaluations are mandatory for first year and new to the district teachers.
Check your rosters throughout the year (on the Evaluation Participation tab – See slide 3) to make sure all your first year teachers are assigned the (New) Plan. The (New) plan is the only plan that has the option to do a Midterm. Please check your rosters for duplicate plans. We will continue to monitor Midterm completion rates for our new teachers.

Collaboration and Mutual Accountability for TEACHERS
The CMA activity will not show as complete on the teacher’s evaluation until they complete all (3) activities. CMA Score review is where they can see their score and the “average” but anonymous score of their teammates. There is also a new message reminding them not to sign off if the score is N/A. Please encourage your teachers to get this set up and scored before March 2020.
8
Collaboration and Mutual Accountability for PRINCIPALS & AP’S
The CMA Team Member Score (Tech Support) allows Principals and AP’s to see who scored who how on the Collaboration and Mutual Accountability activity. Please encourage your teachers to get this set up and scored before March 2020.
