You now have the opportunity to carry out a research project into an aspect of Global Communication which particularly interests you. You have two options: You can think of a research question and carry out your own data collection (for example questionnaires). You can use existing resources to carry out detailed research into a particular topic relating to Global Communication. Created by Leighton Park School

STEP TWO: Design and distribute your questionnaire or other data collection method STEP THREE: Analyse your results STEP FOUR: Write up your results analysis and conclusion, saying what you have found, and how you interpret the data. STEP FIVE: Finalise the presentation of your project, making sure you have included a contents page and copies of your data, as well as your introduction, data analysis and conclusion. B What is being done on different continents to protect endangered languages. STEP ONE: Brainstorm which resources you will need to help you gather your information, and write a list of questions you would like to find the answers to. Plan a rough outline of what you will include in your project STEP TWO: Use the resources to research the information you need, making careful notes as you go along. It is often a good idea to use some case studies. STEP THREE: Finalise the plan for your project, and begin your draft: write your information up into sections.
