First of all, make sure everything on your bike is in 100% working condition. It’s advisable to have it serviced before going on trip. Check all these thing fluids, valves calibrated, fuel system, electrical system, bulbs and tires.

Carry a tire plug kit with a tire inflation pump. It will help in case of flattened tire.
