Produced a single harmonized proposal (DCN 34-01)
Identified several issues:
Check ResponseFlag applicability to all multicast-eligible messages
Update group manipulate Figure in 9.4.2
Add GKB Generator description (9.4.1)
Revise Key hierarchy & derivation (9.4.3)
Add GKB example in Annex P
Define bootstrapping group & GKB
