3. Episerver – Social Media Block
In order to display social media posts you need to add the social media block.
You need the SiteId and SectionId from Flockler to configure the block.
You can check the Site and Section Ids in Flocker on the Section tab.

4. Episerver - Embed codes
Select Embed codes tab
You can select a section and open a full preview, it will not have the same design as in Episerver as we are using a connector developed to force our branding in the posts
You can copy the embed code to display directly the posts in sharepoint (intranet or teamsites)

Select a name that will describe clearly what will be shown in the section

On this view it’s easy to view eachs sections Id

Select the section you’ve just created

Select Facebook Icon on the left panel
Search for posts by Keyword or Pages > Drag and drop to the column on the right
If you select My Pages, it will display the posts from the pages you are administrator of.

Select Instagram Icon on the left panel
Search for posts by Hashtag or Pages > Drag and drop to the column on the right
If you select My Media, it will display the posts from the pages you are administrator of.

Select Twitter Icon on the left panel
Search for posts by Keyword or username, Tweets created, Latest tweets or Tweets with more likes > Drag and drop to the column on the right
If you select My Tweets, Timeline or Likes, it will display the posts from your accounts.

Search for posts by Keyword or Channel > Drag and drop to the column on the right
If you want to use the channel option you need to copy paste the channels name from Youtube as above.

You can create posts in Flocker, add tags and schedule the publishing time on the section of your choice

Pin – doesn’t allow to change the publishing order
Move – Change post order (drag and drop)
Edit – Manage hashtags, unpublish, post details-author
Hide post

14. Automated Feeds
You are able to view the automated feeds that have been configured selecting its tab, then you can edit/remove existing feeds or add new ones.
You can change the feed status to Off to keep its configuration, and add a new feed (the total amount of feeds depends on the contract)

15. Automated Feeds - LinkedIn
To add a LinkedIn feed click in the button:
You need to be administrator of the account you are trying to configure
You may select to review before any feed is published, or all feeds are published immediately.
Note: only the posts created after the feed is configured will be displayed.
Select the LinkedIn option
Select the feed:
Select the section:
(you can add more than 1)
Insert your account details
Finally click on Create feed, and it will be displayed in the selected section

16. Automated Feeds – Twitter (5 on UPMGlobal)
To add a LinkedIn feed click in the button:
You need to be administrator of the account you are trying to configure
You may select to review before any feed is published, or all feeds are published immediately.
Note: only the posts created after the feed is configured will be displayed.
Select the Twitter option.
You can use an already configured account or set a new one.
Select the rules to display posts:
Hashtag
Username
Both
After selecting the rules you can select to exclude replies, retweets or display images only
If you add a new account you need to Insert your account details.
A code will be send to your account so you can authorize the app.
Select the section:
(you can add more than 1)
Finally click on Create feed, and select too add or not the already existing tweets.
It’s only possible to add the post from the last week.

17. Automated Feeds – Facebook
To add a Facebook feed click in the button:
You need to be administrator of the account you are trying to configure
You may select to review before any feed is published, or all feeds are published immediately.
Note: only the posts created after the feed is configured will be displayed.
Select the FB option.
You can use an already configured account or set a new one.
Select the rules to display posts:
Keyword
Post published on a page.
If you add a new account you need to Insert your account details.
It’s easier if you are already logged in your account.
Select the section:
(you can add more than 1)
Finally click on Create feed, and select too add or not the already existing posts.
It’s only possible to add the posts from the last week.

18. Automated Feeds – Instagram
To add a Instagram feed click in the button:
You need to be administrator of the account you are trying to configure
Select the Instagram option.
You can use an already configured account or connect to a new one.
You may select to review before any feed is published, or all feeds are published immediately.
Note: only the posts created after the feed is configured will be displayed.
Select the rules to display posts:
Keyword
Post from your account
Hashtag and username
If you add a new account you need to Insert your account details. It’s easier if you are already logged in your account.
Select the section:
(you can add more than 1)
Finally click on Create feed, and select too add or not the already existing posts.
It’s only possible to add the posts from the last 6 months.

19. Automated Feeds – Youtube
To add a LinkedIn feed click in the button:
You need to be administrator of the account you are trying to configure
You may select to review before any feed is published, or all feeds are published immediately.
Note: only the posts created after the feed is configured will be displayed.
Select the Twitter option.
You can use an already configured account or set a new one.
Select the rules to display posts:
Keyword/Hashtag
Playlist (instructions on next slide)
If selecting keywords, you’ll have options to show posts that include one or all the keyword.
If you add a new account you need to Insert your account details.
Select the section:
(you can add more than 1)
Finally click on Create feed, and select too add or not the already existing tweets.
It’s only possible to add the post from the last week.

20. Automated Feeds – Youtube1
How to configure playlists:
Search the channel from where you would like to create a playlist
Click on PLAYLISTS tab
Click on VIEW FULL PLAYLIST text
Copy the URL
Paste it on Flockler 2 3 4
