2015: one-way trips represent: 37% of membership sales 2016: one-way trips represent: 46% of membership sales 2016 – ONE-WAY TRIPS Repeat customers: 90,665 (46%) Only two membership types went down between 3-day passes Half-season passes

CONCLUSION ONE-WAY TRIPS
Almost 200K members for the one-way trips, which represents 47% of all membership sales. Even with an increase in trips and revenue from annual memberships, we can assume that 2-3% of annual members switch to one-way trips. Members who take less than 30 trips/year With 5% of all the trips taken in 2016, the one-way fare represents 12% of our revenue The one-way fare represents the highest revenue/trip: $3.52 : highest increase in trips at 96% Data from our Mobile app : 72 % come from Montreal
