How to Access Online Education
Step 1: Login to HFMA.org Step 2: Select “Register for Free” Step 3: Select “Launch” (you will also receive an confirmation with access instructions if you choose not to launch right away). Step 4: Once in My eLearning portal, launch your course.

DIGITAL BADGING When you complete an HFMA certification or certificate program, you will earn a digital badge. This badge will contain metadata describing your qualifications and credentials. Display your badge in your signature, LinkedIn profile, or anywhere you want! Why? MEMBER CONVERSION / ENROLLING
Step 1: Announce your new HFMA Enterprise Membership: We recommend that you send an announcement to your employees so they can look out for their confirmation and when they see it, they will know why they are receiving it. We also recommend that you have your IT department “whitelist” s from hfma.org, and let them know to expect a large amount of (Welcome confirmation) s from us in the next week or two. This prevents the Welcome s from going into spam folders. Whitelist instructions are attached. Step 2: Converting Current Members: All current HFMA members on the approved roster will be converted to Enterprise members, and they will receive an automated personalized confirmation with links to information about their benefits. Step 3: Rollout to New Members There are two ways to rollout your membership to new members going forward: Bulk Upload – Provide a roster in an excel document to HFMA to upload. Confirmation s will be sent to employees explaining their new or upgraded membership status. An formatted Excel template is attached. Individual Sign-up – Provide instructions to employees to sign up on their own at A Welcome letter template is attached that contains instructions.

SELF ENROLLING – as a New member
To Self-enroll as a New Member online: 1. Go to 2. In the HFMA Account Form, fill out all required fields. *Be sure to use work . And click Sign-Up. 3. Confirm your work . (* if you use a personal , you will be required to enter Enterprise Key on the next screen) 4. Fill out membership form. 5. Click “Next” button. Once completed, you’ll receive a confirmation from HFMA, containing information about the benefits available to you.

NEXT STEPS – to be completed two weeks post onboarding
Step 1: Send an Announcement to your organization informing them of the new HFMA Enterprise Solution member benefits. A sample Announcement letter is attached to your Onboarding . (Alert your IT department to expect a large number of s from hfma.org) Step 2: Identify organizational goals for Enterprise Solutions and communicate them to HFMA. Together we will put together strategies to meet your identified goals to ensure that you get the most value out of your HFMA Enterprise membership. Step 3: Create an information sharing resource, such as an Intranet or SharePoint site where employees can access resources and additional information about HFMA membership. Step 4: Identify additional key contacts at your organization who we should be engaged with such as Human Resources or Training Managers who can help introduce and rollout member benefits to your employees Step 5: Schedule meeting with HFMA Education to discuss education plan, rollout and options
