2 General Objective To contribute to the socio-economic development of Sudan by supporting the professional growth of the individual and his integration into the labour market.

3 Specific Obectives Strengthening the knowledge and skills (know-how) of students and undergraduates in Computer Science and Information Technology (SO 1) To support CCST professors and MOHE officials in the development of specific skills aimed at guidance and placement services (SO 2) Design and implementation of internship (SO 3) Promoting stable relations between the country's university and production worlds (SO 4)

4 Learning by target groups phase SO 1: Project actions
Specialised training (for 140 target groups) of which: in the classroom, in Khartoun: 72 hours in 3 modules > in e-learning: 144 in 6 modules

5 Learning by target groups phase SO 1: Declination of project actions (SWOT)
> Need to develop technical-specialist teaching (Business Organization; Marketing; Corporate Social Responsibility; Microenterprise; Business Canvas; Social media; > Development of entrepreneurial behaviours > Addressing the lack of Entrepreneurship Education Programmes: Development of Entrepreneurial skills through specific didactic methodologies (Case studies, Project work, etc.); Business idea generation; Business sustainability

6 Learning by target groups phase: SO 1 Outcomes
> Acquisition of specialist knowledge in the following areas: strategies for sustainability and the enhancement of social identities, techniques for social and economic investigation, web communication and social media, organization and management, marketing tools, techniques and methodologies for the development of new ideas and business, techniques and tools for active job search, social media and digital marketing for the promotion and development of micro-enterprises, Sustainability, enterprise and responsible production. > Development of soft skills such as: team work, problem solving, communication, public speaking, Goal setting Competencies, Skill Development Competencies

7 Learning by target groups phase SO 1: Output (short-term)
Achievement of the following 5 competences with a good to very good level: Goal setting Competencies, Skill Development Competencies, Career Awareness, Career Management, Self Assessment (Examination and self-assessment test)

8 Learning by target groups phase SO 2: Project actions
Specialist training for 7 participants, including MOHE officials and managers of Comboni's Orientation Offices, with courses to be held in Bari and Naples.

9 Learning by target groups phase SO 2: Declination of project actions (SWOT)
The need to equip those responsible for addressing students' actions towards the employment with appropriate tools and methods through specialist training concerning: > Project management, Territorial analysis; Social innovation; Techniques to promote new businesses in development contexts; > Tools to promote and manage Guidance and Placement Offices > Need to introduce entrepreneurship education programmes in universities > Encouraging the creation of an infrastructure to support self-employment (incubators/accellerators/guidance offices)

10 Learning by target groups phase: SO 2 Outcomes
> Development of specialist skills such as project management, swot analysis, guidance and job placement by the heads of the placement offices of the CCST > Acquisition of the ability to Design and develop a knowledge transfer process for the planning, management and evaluation of internship paths > Assumption of a new degree course (awaiting approval by MOHE) to be included in the CCST Education offer entitled: Bachelors Science in Information Technology which replicates some of the modules developed in the INSO project

11 Learning by target groups phase SO 2: Output (short-term)
> Improved Quality and Quantity of the internships organized by CCST for post INSO students, thanks to the skills developed and the better organization of the process. >.Activation of a new operational degree course from December 1st, subject to approval by MOHE.

Internships (about 90 hours on average) in Sudanese companies and institutions

> Internships with the following organisations: Haggar Holding; Soba University Hospital (IT Department); Khartoum College of Applied Sciences (IT Dept); MOHE (IT Dept); Sudanese French Bank; Pulse Company; Dubaiwa Travel Agency; HNMO for Multi Services Co. Ltd; Bee Petroleum Company > Use and refinement of soft skills acquired during training activities (team work, problem solving, Self assessment, Goal setting Competencies, Skill Development Competencies, Career Awareness, Career Management) > Students who did not participate in the INSO Project are more oriented towards internship experiences

> Elaboration of a project proposal on entrepreneurship in the circular economy. > Incubator design (physical structures and services to be provided) > MoU with JTI for the costs of managing the incubator and providing mentorship coaching services > Availability of Haggar Group to support the activities of the Incubator > MoU with IRISS-CNR for fundings activities aimed at developing the incubator > Acquisition of the willingness of some institutions (academic or not) to participate in projects as partners (Merowe University of Technology, London South Bank University, E4impact, Place Dialogue Incubator, Universitat Politecnica de Valencia)

16 Use of the knowledge and skills acquired phase - SO 3 and 4: Impacts
The impact of the project activities will occur from the end of 2019 on the two strategic dimensions of: > empowerment of new graduates aimed at business start-up in the technological field compared to students not involved in INSO (how many? when? how?) Medium-long term orientation of the universities involved towards programmes (and infrastructures) aimed at supporting business start-ups through dedicated investments in technologies, human resources and dedicated spaces. In the long term (from 2 to 5 years), the Sudanese economy will benefit from an increase in the number of companies created through the courses activated and from the definition of public policies aimed at supporting entrepreneurship in other areas as well.
