Rob co-authored the ‘Portfolio Management and Resource Allocation’ article published in the Harvard Business Review of 1998, one of the most requested reprints from HBR, even today. He applied the principles of portfolio management to support nine of the ten largest pharma companies and has gone on to work with countless other smaller companies in the biotech, devices, and pharma businesses across the world. Rob was a Vice President with IMS for six years, following their acquisition of SDG’s Life Sciences practice. He was with SDG for 22 years, the last five as CEO. Rob holds an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Dartmouth College and an MA from Cambridge University.
