2. The Concept
The IROSS™ FLUXMANAGER® 3 Phase Heating System is designed specifically for heating a wide variety of tubular products while delivering the industry’s best heat affected zone. These systems utilise patented Fluxmanger® technology that yields superior temperature uniformity compared to conventional designs. The 3 phase heating system features variable frequency control, allowing precise heating on a wide variety of pipe sizes and wall thicknesses.

DRILL PIPE – 1.9” to 4.0” with thicker walls (can be upset or a tool welded on)
TUBE – 2 3/8” to 7 5/8” with various walls
CASING – 5 to 20 5/8” with thinner walls

Each coil has an adaptor to fit an extractor hose directly to the
coil to remove fumes

When line space is a problem, controlled water cooling is an option before the pipe threading machine.
