Fig. 1 a) T1 Turbo Spin Echo (TSE) Spectral Saturation Inversion Recovery (SSIR) Gadolinium (GD) axial. A large inhomogeneous enhancing tumor extending to the glenoid with a lytic lesion. b) T1 TSE FS GD coronal. The enhancing tumor around the spina scapulae. There is fluid present intra-articularly with synovitis. c) T1 TSE Fat Suppression (FS) GD sagittal. The subscapularis muscle is not distinct. The tumor extends to the anatomical position of the suprascapular muscle with no evidence of infiltration except of upward muscle displacement.
