PAYMENT Payment is due by the first day of the semester.
Payment may be made by cash in person, a check (mailed is fine), or by phone. Please note that any payment made with a card will be assessed a 2.75% service fee. Payment may also be made by e-check over the phone. Payments may also be made through Cashnet, either by card or e- check. You may also opt to set up payment installments through Webadvisor via Cashnet.

VA BENEFITS Ashland Theological Seminary is approved to accept VA benefits. You will need to provide the Seminary Registrar’s Office your Certificate of Eligibility. Please work with your VA rep. to obtain necessary documentation. Once documentation has been submitted, you may be certified to receive benefits.

FINANCIAL AID Ashland Seminary partners with Ashland University's financial aid office to provide Financial aid for our seminary students. You may reach the Financial Aid office at They will let you know who your personal financial aid counselor is. Or, log onto the AU website (Graduate Financial Aid) to find the most recent list of counselors.

Academic Calendar - Located in the Registrar’s page. Blackboard - On your Blackboard welcome page, you'll see a link to the "Blackboard Student Orientation" which walks through the use of Blackboard as a student, covering topics like participating in a discussion forum and submitting an assignment. There is also a Blackboard app for mobile devices. Syllabi - All syllabi are posted to Blackboard. Once a student is registered for a course they can then go into Blackboard to access the syllabi

TITLE IX POLICY Title IX is a comprehensive federal law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in any federally funded education program or activity. This harassment/discrimination policy defines and prohibits harassment on the basis of federal and state law as interpreted by the courts. If statutory provisions, regulatory guidance, or court interpretations change or conflict with this policy, the university’s policy can be deemed amended as of the time of the decision, ruling or legislative enactment to assure continued compliance.

TITLE IX POLICY This policy applies to members of the University community, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity, including international and undocumented persons as well as all students, faculty, staff and other employees. It also applies to guests, contractors, and other third parties within the University’s control.
