2 Huntsville City Schools Scholarship Program Highlights 2012-13
On average, students in the Class of 2013 earned $26,466 per student in scholarship dollars. This is the highest average on record. The total dollars in scholarships earned this year was $34,326,390. Students in the Class of 2013 earned $6,439,675 more in academic scholarships than any class on record.

3 Huntsville City Schools Scholarship Program 2013-14
The HCS scholarship program for focuses on two major areas: Aggressive communication plan to disseminate information to students and parents. This will include individual student meetings, classroom guidance sessions, parent sessions, communication, and a scholarship site on the HCS webpage. Athletic Directors will also be working with coaches on scholarships. Professional development and collaboration among HCS senior counselors.
