Discriminatory patterns of B. cenocepacia (A) and B
Discriminatory patterns of B. cenocepacia (A) and B. multivorans (B) supernatant 2-DE. Discriminatory patterns of B. cenocepacia (A) and B. multivorans (B) supernatant 2-DE. Concentrated supernatants (200 μg) were separated on pH 3 to 10 gradient strips, followed by 4 to 12% SDS-PAGE. Labeled spots indicate differences (23 spots) between B. cenocepacia and B. multivorans. Results are representative of duplicates. Tiffany Mott et al. J. Clin. Microbiol. 2010; doi: /JCM
