2 Welcome and Introductions

3 Rules and Procedures W-9 Forms – required from all Referees
Pass cards – must be checked at each match (Collect and hold till the end of the match) Rosters – must be checked and sent to the Treasurer Player Substitution On Throw In– if both teams have players at the halfway line, then they all can be subbed. If the defending team only has subs at the halfway line then the defending team may not sub. Assistant Referees for U14 matches (except U14-3)

4 Goals MUST be securely anchored or do not referee the match.
