BA4+ sectors are currently under vacuum (UHV/primary)

5. Follow up Qjacks’ campaign At 7th June: 11 of 14 positions were done
The 3 other positions1 position in BA3- extracted (MBB30870)
1 was done yesterday at the end of BA2+ to allow the SSS removal for aCcoating (+ 1 position in BA3-)
2 finished while aCcoating removal activities have started (today) with aC-coating
