iMovie sits at the center of the iLife suite, integrating iTunes, iPhoto, and iDVD to help create professional-looking films with music, titles, and effects. 
Although the current version of iMovie is HD-compatible, you will only be able to import and edit High-Definition Video if you’ve shot your footage on an HD camcorder.

Open Excel
Open a blank worksheet
This is the default action when Excel opens
Define template
Headings
Cell Formats
Mathematical functions
Text color and fonts
Etc.
You can define multiple worksheet formats in the same template

7. Saving a Template in Excel
Once you are satisfied with your template settings:
File > Save As…
File name:
Enter something that will indicate it’s purpose
Save as type:
Select “Template”
Click Save button

8. Using Your Template Open Excel File > New
Task Pane > On my computer
If Task Pane is not showing
Click “Task Pane” under View menu
New spreadsheet will have the saved formats
