Read the goal and indicators for your group.
Read your list of school donors, contributors, and partners.
Develop at least one example of how one donor, contributor and partner can support the goals and indicators.

5. Target Support to Capacity Needs and Boundaries
Discuss the need to:
* use staff where it makes sense around confidentiality
* use expertise where needed
* have the tough conversations around staff assignments and partner contributions

6. Partnership Conversations and Agreements
Identify expected commitments of partners
Share goals and indications and set expectations around their alignment
Request information about their services, target populations, funding, sustainability, and school needs
Have the partner share their alignment to the school’s goals
