2. Current Practice Daily triage of referrals.
Discussion of cases in MDT where possible before clinic review for diagnostic plan
Tracking of all patients by PPC team
Patients listed for discussion in MDT after each diagnostic test or combination of tests

Traffic light system
Combined with Mini- MDT

4. Mini - MDT Main MDT on Tuesdays
Three times – a week meeting Mon, Wed, Friday – going through every patient on a pathway

5. Traffic Light System Arbitrary targets
Day 14 – Should have had CT, Discussed in MDT – for diagnostic plan, seen in clinic and appropriate tests requested.
Day 31 – discussed in treatment MDT FOR Referral onwards or Planned MDT discussion by Day 38 for treatment plan

6. Challenges
Finding time in Consultant Job plan – cross cover for leave etc
Ensure s responded to within 24 hours
