Operates under the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice of the International Ombudsman Association: Confidentiality Independence Neutrality Informality

Acts as sounding board Connects you to resources and info Coaching for difficult conversations Offers informal mediation Looks into bureaucratic delays Gives feedback to the University about systemic issues
