Overview Personal Profile
A new Personal Profile page has been added and employees can access their own personal information via one page. This avoids having to click individual links to access each category of personal information. What’s New for Employees > Personal Profile

Personal Profile Page The new Personal Profile is a single page that includes both display and update capabilities: Employees cannot edit a section if there is a pending workflow event for that section. Pop-Up Page for Editing What’s New for Employees > Personal Profile

View the current balances for each policy.
Using the Calendar The calendar has been redesigned to make it easier for you to submit time-off requests and view balances. Use the calendar to do the following: Open a new request. View the current balances for each policy. View, edit, or cancel an existing request. What’s New for Employees > Requesting Time Off

On the left side of the page, you can request time off and view time-off balances. Click Request Time Off to enter the days, hours, and the policy for which you want to request time off. The Balances section displays the balances for each policy based on the “as of” date. You can change the date and refresh the page to display updated balances. On the calendar, you can edit or cancel existing time-off requests. The orange bar, which indicates a time-off request, provides the type, status, and amount of the request. Click the View/Edit Request icon to view or edit the request. Click the “X” to cancel the request. For a one-day request, point to the day to view the request information. On the right side of the calendar, you can select days for which you wish to submit a time-off request. Click Clear Selection to deselect the days marked in blue. The day outlined in red indicates today’s date. On the calendar, click sequential or non-sequential days to request those days off. What’s New for Employees > Requesting Time Off

How to Cancel a Time Off Request
Methods You can cancel an approved time-off request using the following methods: On the calendar request line, click Cancel Request. On the List of Request page, click the Action icon and select Cancel Request. What’s New for Employees > Canceling a Time Off Request

To cancel a single-day request, on the Time Off Request page, click Cancel Request. To cancel one day in a multiday request, on the Time Off Request page, click X.
