Take-home messages Percutaneous fixation for simple fractures, critical conditions Minimal soft-tissue damage Anatomical joint reduction with arthroscopic control (Sanders Type II A+B) or 3-D fluoroscopy Restoration of hindfoot shape Surgery within 7 days Excellent results with proper patient selection Consider subtalar arthroscopy for accurate reduction
