I got contacted last week on this paper/proposal, if there would be interest in the CERN neutrino group
A small detector in TI18 (480 m away from ATLAS) could measure, for the first time, the high-energy 𝞶 N cross section, (~100 GeV-> TeV) and separately for 𝞽 neutrinos, with good precision, already with 300 fb-1 in the LHC Run3.
Studies for a detector (eg emulsion + muon chambers)
