(Resolved*** ᐋᖅᑭᒃᑕᐅᔪᖅ***) Provide a full evaluation of the potential aquatic effects (including water quality) to Lakes D1 and D5 and downstream that may result from the discharge of treated effluent to alternative discharge locations. This evaluation should be provided well in advance of deciding whether to use these proposed alternative discharge locations. Develop alternative effluent management plans, to be used in place of the alternative effluent discharge location(s) in the event that the predicted aquatic effects to Lakes D1 and D5 and downstream are not acceptable. ᑐᓂᓯᓗᑎᒃ ᕿᒥᕐᕈᓂᓗᒃᑖᕐᒥᒃ ᐃᒪᕐᒥᒃ ᖃᓄᐃᖓᓕᖅᑎᑦᑎᓂᐅᔪᖕᓇᖅᑐᓂᒃ (ᐃᓚᐅᓗᑎᒃ ᐃᒪᐅᑉ ᖃᓄᐃᓐᓂᖓ) ᑕᓯᕐᓄᑦ D1 ᐊᒻᒪᓗ D5-ᒧᑦ ᐊᒻᒪᓗ ᑕᐅᓄᖓ ᑰᒃᑐᓄᑦ ᑯᕕᔪᓂᒃ ᐱᓕᕆᐊᖑᓯᒪᔪᓂᒃ ᐊᓯᐊᒍᖔᖅ ᐊᑐᖅᑕᐅᔪᖕᓇᖅᑐᓂᒃ ᑯᕕᓯᕝᕕᐅᔪᓄᑦ. ᕿᒥᕐᕈᓂᖅ ᓯᕗᓂᑲᓪᓛᒍᑦ ᑐᓂᔭᐅᔭᕆᐊᖃᖅᑐᖅ ᐃᓱᒪᓕᐅᕐᒪᖔᑕ ᐊᑐᖅᑕᐅᓂᐊᕐᓂᖏᑦ ᐊᓯᐊᒍᖔᖅ ᑯᕕᓯᕝᕕᐅᓂᐊᖅᑐᑦ. ᐋᖅᑭᒃᓯᓗᑎᒃ ᐊᓯᐊᒍᖔᖅ ᑯᕕᑎᑦᑎᓂᕐᒧᑦ ᐸᕐᓇᐅᑎᓂᒃ, ᐊᑐᖅᑕᐅᓂᐊᕐᓗᓂ ᐊᓯᐊᒍᖔᖅ ᑯᕕᓯᕝᕕᐅᔪᓂᒃ ᓇᓚᐅᑦᑖᖅᑕᐅᔪᑦ ᐃᒪᕐᒥᒃ ᖃᓄᐃᖓᓕᖅᑎᑦᑎᓂᕐᓄᑦ ᑕᓯᕐᓄᑦ D1 ᐊᒻᒪᓗ D5-ᒥᒃ ᐊᒻᒪᓗ ᑕᐅᓄᖓ ᑰᒃᑐᖅ ᓈᒻᒪᙱᒻᒪᖔᑦ.
