I was so jittery that I spilled whatever was left of the juice on myself

Dad sat there staring at the side table where my phone and the spirometer were.
scrapping – (verb) to fight or quarrel
These two were just throwing down, scrapping.
yelped – (verb) to give a quick, high pitched cry often indicating pain.
“What!” I yelped.
dumbfounded – (verb) to make speechless with amazement.
