2. Abstract My project is designing a two-story office/apartment.
Will require knowledge gained through ET courses.

Took longer to get acquainted with than planned
Still getting the hang of some things

4. Design Overall building dimension is 36’ x 56’
The building will be 2 stories with a loft
1st Floor layout
There will be an office in the front
Behind the office will be a half bath, full bath, and laundry room
Only the first half of the 1st floor will be enclosed
The back half will be open and consist of an outdoor kitchen and an outdoor shower

5. Design cont’d 2nd Floor layout
In the front, there will be a bedroom, closet, and bathroom
The rest of the 2nd Floor will be pretty much open with a living area, dining area, and a kitchen area
There will also be a loft above the 2nd floor
Not sure, but planning on putting it above the kitchen and dining areas
There will also be a balcony that wraps half way around the right side and across the back overlooking the pool
