Visit the TMAW Toolkit to explore celebration ideas, posters, recognition cards, social media graphics and more.
Share your love for Hilton and the spirit of TMAW on social media for the chance to win great prizes.
Watch the TMAW Leadership Webinar and meet with your leadership team to plan how you’ll celebrate throughout the week. Identify at least one appreciation activity to implement with your team.
During the entry period (Sept. 22 – 28), post from a public account on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, or for Team Members in China, Douyin (the China version of TikTok).
Use the hashtags #WeAreHilton and #TMAWcontest.
Decorate your Heart of House, choosing from a variety of layouts including pop-up banners, posters and flyer. Print the collateral that will work best for your space.
Every public post on the social media channels listed above is automatically entered to win one grand prize of three “Be My Guest” certificates and an upgrade to Hilton Diamond status for one year.
