Tickets are available at the gate during the event. Gates open at 6.30 am. Adult: $20 per day or $30 for Weekend Pass Children: Free under 14 (School ID required) Competition starts at 8am to 5pm Saturday, 8am to roughly 3.00pm Sunday.

3 Finding Leyburn Leyburn is located in the Southern Downs Regional Council, Queensland, Australia. A sleepy little township which was once a bustling goldfield. Leyburn is 219 km southwest of Brisbane and 36 km from Clifton, Toowoomba is approx 75km’s away and Warwick is approx 60km's away so it is out their on its own, but for two days each year when it come alive. Google map link.

4 Food and drinks Food and drinks are available during the event, this includes food prepared by local community organisations and counter meals are available from the Leyburn Hotel. A fully licensed bar is also located in the event area near the track for easy viewing of the race and 2 coffee vendors are located on site as are a few other commercial vendors with specialty products.

5 Accommodation Basic (unpowered) campsites are available in a designated area across from the General Store for tents, caravans, campervans etc at $40 per car/tent/camper/mobile home/etc from Thursday through to Monday. Camping in the paddock area is not allowed. Special passes will be issued for each campsite and enforced. Other nights are free. Firewood is not included but is available for sale on site. Pre booking are not available, works on first in best dressed but there is plenty of space. The camping area allows for easy access with only a short walk to all the action.

Facilities • Showers and toilets are available at the campsite. • No Power (generators are allowed but must not be disruptive to neighbours) • Pets are welcome in the designated camping area but are NOT to be taken into the racing precinct (with the exception of assistance dogs). We want everyone to have a great weekend and enjoy the country experience including a few quiet drinks around a campfire but for everyone’s comfort there will be security and police around and any unruly behaviour will not be tolerated and offenders may be asked to leave. A fire management plan is in place .
