2 Postal survey sent to patients from our practice.
Survey was sent out to 339 patients. 104 surveys were sent back.

3 We have compared the results from 2018 and 2019 to see how the practice has progressed. We have taken each question and compiled charts comparing the previous year 2018 to this year 2019

7 Do you usually get to see or speak to your preferred GP when you would like to ? 2018 – 32% 2019 – 36%

9 Did you take the appointment you were offered ? 2018 – 90 % 2019 – 88%

10 Patients who described their experience of making an appointment as good. 2018 – 44% 2019 – 50%

11 Waited 15 minutes or less after their appointment time to be seen at their last general practice appointment – 64% 2019 – 67%

12 The healthcare professional they saw or spoke to was good at giving them enough time during their last general practice appointment – 70% 2019 – 78%

13 The healthcare professional they saw or spoke to was good at listening to them during their last general practice appointment – 73% 2019 – 79%

14 The healthcare professional they saw or spoke to was good at treating them with care and concern during their last general practice appointment – 68% 2019 – 73%

15 Was involved as much as they wanted to be in decisions about their care and treatment during their last general practice appointment – 88% 2019 – 87%

16 Had confidence and trust in the healthcare professional they saw or spoke to during their last general practice appointment – 92% 2019 – 91%
