1 2017-18 CAASPP Results Board Report Executive Summary Academic Support

2 District Overall Math LUSD maintained the percent of students Meeting Standards by remaining at 32 percentage points. Three grades decreased their percent of students Meeting Standards (Grade 5 [-3], Grade 7 [-1], Grade 11 [-2]) , and one grade maintained (Grade 8). Grade 5 (28%), Grades 7 and 8 (29%) showed the lowest percent Meeting Standards.

3 School Site Math Information
15 of 42 traditional* sites had a decrease in the percent of students Meeting Standards when compared to the school year. 3 sites maintained their percent of students Meeting Standards when compared to the school year. The sites with the largest decrease in the percent of students Meeting Standards when compared to the school year are: Lodi High and Victor Elementary 8 point decrease Christa McAuliffe Middle 7 point decrease Lakewood, McNair, Wagner-Holt 5 point decrease *On this slide, and all subsequent slides, traditional sites are defined as non-alternative, non-choice schools.

There are 21 Traditional Title 1 Schools with a lower percentage of Students Meeting Standards than the Lodi USD total of 43%. The sites with the lowest percentages are: Delta Sierra Middle 12%, Sutherland and Oakwood Elementary 16%, Wagner-Holt and Houston Elementary 17%, Creekside and Parklane Elementary 18% The Title 1 Schools with the largest 1-year change in percentage of Students Meeting Standard were: Victor Elementary (-8), Wagner-Holt Elementary and McNair High (-5), Creekside and Davis Elementary (-3) Four Title 1 Schools showed an decrease in percentage of Students Meeting Standard over three years (15-18): Parklane Elementary (-5), Wagner-Holt Elementary (-4), Creekside Elementary (-3), Houston School (-1)

5 District Overall ELA LUSD increased the percent of students Meeting Standards by 1 Percentage Point (42 to 43) Two grades decreased their percent of students Meeting Standards (Grade 7 [-3], Grade 11 [-8]), and one grade maintained (Grade 5). Grade 5 showed the lowest percent Meeting Standards with 40%.

LUSD increased the percent of students Meeting Standards by 10 Percentage Points (55 to 65) 6 of 31 traditional sites had a decrease in the percent of students Meeting Standards, when compared to the school year. Victor Elementary 23 point decrease Houston School 18 point decrease Wagner-Holt Elementary 9 point decrease Parklane and Creekside Elementary 4 point decrease Lockeford Elementary 1 point decrease
